1. Apple-cinnamon pancakes
Who doesn’t like a plate full of pancakes soaked in syrup? The only problem is that they can get a tad too boring if you eat them too frequently. For a fun yet healthy twist, try making your pancakes with fresh apples, a sprinkling of cinnamon, and whole grains. It’s worth noting that this recipe has no added sugar, but the taste is really quite amazing!
2. Caramel apple bread
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner – this recipe is a real winner! To bake this, you’ll need apples (of course), caramel sauce, some chopped pecans, wheat flour, and all the usual suspects (melted butter, sugar, baking powder, etc.). Of course, it tastes great when it’s just out of the oven, but shockingly, it tastes just as good even after a few days. It’s best topped with some warm caramel sauce to bring out the wonderful flavor of the cake.
3. Brie and apple-stuffed chicken
This is one of those rare recipes that’s quick enough to whip up on a busy night, but also elegant enough to serve to guests for a special occasion. The best part about this dish is it’s made using just one pan, which means no cleanup! Serve it with a side of roasted veggies for a balanced yet delicious meal.
These recipes are so good that you’ll want to keep them just to yourself. But, resist the temptation, and pass it on to your friends and family to spread the cheer!
